Iam 38 weeks pregnant and im starting to have contractions about every 15 mins. i know this is false labor because they only last for less than 20 seconds and they arent increasing in pain. how long can this go on for, thanxHow long can false labor last for?

I have been in false labor since yesterday around 10 AM. the doctor told me to walk around a lot and that will help turn the BH into real contractions that help to dilate your cervix.
well until real labor starts actually I've been having contractions too but they aren't regular either so my doctor says it will still be awhile.
