Why hasn't McDonalds been sued for false advertisement?

I've seen McDonalds commercials for some time, and I was wondering, why hasn't McDonalds been sued for false advertisement? The food they portray isn't what you recieve, and I almost gaurentee that if you were to weigh a Quarter Pounder, it would be a quater of a pound. Why hasn't McDonalds been sued for false advertisement?
Quarter pound is the pre cooked weight. And as long as the basics are supplied, lettuce, cheese, hamburger, bun, like in the commercial then it's not false advertising. They can simply say individual portions may vary. Why hasn't McDonalds been sued for false advertisement?
All food looks better on the commercials than it does in the restaurant.

There used to be a thing called ';truth in advertising'; but I haven't seen much of that over the last decade.
Why don't you sue them and find out?
They have a little note in the commercials that the weight of the meat is prior to cooking.
Well, the model food might actually be real food made with real ingredients, but it will be the best of the best.

And they always have fine print qualifying that the quarter pounder is a quarter pound of beef prior to cooking.
You ';almost guarantee';. Nice, factual assertion.
