Can testing too soon cause A False Negative Pregnancy test? How Long do i have to wait to take a test?

My period was due on May 23rd Today is May 27th I am a few days Late I had sex with my husband on the days that i was most fertile from May 7th-12th. Then 3 days later About an hour after I had sex i noticed some light pinkish/brown spotting when i went to use the bathroom I know my period was not due yet so i was concerned so i kept going to the bathroom to see if it would get stronger or just go away when i went it was gone then it came back a few hours later lighter then before well it lasted on and off for about 3-4 days then it dissapeared but not like menstral bleeding it was more like a pinkish brown discharge it was weird it has never happend to me before well now my period is due and i have not gotten my period. My breast feel tender %26amp; sore when touched 2 weeks ago i had some light cramps but nothing like menstrual cramps not as intense as the cramps i usually get before my period. I took a Preg test yesturday it was neg. Did i test too soon? Can I be pregnant? Can testing too soon cause A False Negative Pregnancy test? How Long do i have to wait to take a test?
I would wait 2 weeks to do another test. I'f you continue to have problems I would go see a family physican. Can testing too soon cause A False Negative Pregnancy test? How Long do i have to wait to take a test?
test again in a week
im having the same bloddy discharge, almost nothing, i honestly dont know what to tell you expcept test in a couple of days lol i myself keep buying test and saying, ill have em ready for next week lol but by the time ext week comes im already out lol im an obsessive complusive tester, even when i know im not pregnant lol, good luck to you and let us know how you go, you could be pregnant...
It sounds like you could be pregnant. Not everyone can test positive early in pregnancy. I suggest that you wait 2 days and test again. This time, test using first morning pee...it's the most concentrated.

If you still test negative, you can either wait it out another week and see what happens, or you can go to your doctor for a blood test (which is more sensitive). It depends on how strong your patience and curiosity are. Personally, I'd go to the doctor now for a blood test..but that's just me :)

Good luck!
Yes you can test to soon. It is more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. Only because your body may not have produced enough of the pregnancy hormone to be detected by a test. I would wait a couple days and try again. Only next time use the clear blue it detects 5 days before your missed period (so it is more sensitive), and use your first morning pee because it is more potent. Good luck
The chemical that is tested is in the urine when the egg is implanted, within six to twelve days after fertilization, which would mean that it should almost certainly have implanted by today. However, each body is different and it's impossible to to say for sure if you have taken it too early. If you are unsure, you can have a doctor perform serum level tests, which will provide a quantification of the levels of the chemical in your blood. With two tests about 48 hours apart, the doctor can determine if the chemical level is increasing in a way that indicates you are pregnant.
Wait 4-5 days and retest. Despite the box saying you can test at any time of the day, the first urine is usually more concentrated and might give a more definitive result.
Wait ten days, then take the test again. Sounds like you have symptoms.

You could definitely be pregnant! Wait a couple more days and if you still do not get your period then take another test. If it is negative then go see a doctor to find out for sure what is going on. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
It really depends on which test you used and when you took it. My advice would be to go to the dollar store and buy a few tests for a dollar. They are cheap, and VERY accurate because they test at 25m/l while most other tests start recognizing pregnancy 50m/l or more. Wait till tomorrow morning and give it first morning urine. And remember... a faint line is a line, indeed! Good Luck!
Tenderness in your breast is normal days before your period it happens to me a lot and the spotting that you had sometimes happens as well days before your period but very unusual thought. But if ur pregnant it sometimes takes time for the pregnancy hormone to appear give it a few more days and take another test.

A blood test is more accurate.
yes you tested to soon..i know most test say 5 days before your period but you have to factor in when you had sex..most urine test will not detect a pregnancy until you are at least 3-4 weeks pregnant.. i went thru the same thing back in january..it sounds like you might be and if so..CONGRATS!!
