Have you ever had a false positive?

I just took a pregnancy test and it was positive. But I got the test from the Dollar Store. I actually took 2 tests and they both came back positive and I've had sore breasts, very tired, sick feeling, moody, dizzy.Have you ever had a false positive?
False positives are almost unheard of and dollar store preg tests are just as accurate because they test for the same hormone, its just like chem testing with a litmus strip. I used dollar store tests and they were right on! Congrats! you're pregnant.Have you ever had a false positive?
yep i have and that was when i had an ectopic pregnancy ( tubal ) just be careful if you feel like you are preg go to the doctor. maybe you are/ maybe just late with your monthly. I also bled in one pregnancy so alot of diffrent things can happen to diffrent people. have you had alot of stress lately? if i am late my breasts kill me. i also develope cysts and that effects my hormones making em think i am pregnent. dont want to scare you just trying to help and give you diffrent things that have happened to me. :)


it sound like your preg hon, the tests are just for the hormones. You can also get free tests at pregnacy center. if you want Email me and we can talk between us :)
I had a false pos about 6 years ago right around this time... and I too took 2 tests that came out with the same result. But I didn't get them from the dollar store! I don't think it happens often but it can happen. Go get a blood test done!
Congrats you are pregnant. My doc said a false negative is possible, but not a false positive because pregnancy tests pick up the pregnancy hormone. Good luck!
Yes, I had a false positive after my first IVF cycle. The HPT said ';positive';; the blood test said ';negative.';
i got false positives with the dollar store 'baby' brand.. google it, dollar store tests are known for it..
