The most primary law of the universe is the law of change. You can always count on change taking place. That is the principle of the Dao.
And yes, you also have it correct! What exists may also return to a state of non-existence (although this is not well understood by most people because most people spend their time on trying to figure out what already exists and why it does rather than trying to assess how things might go from existing to a state of non-existence). God has never said it is impossible for things to return to the no-thing from which they came. So it is possible then, to deconstruct what IS, if God allows it to deconstruct. This would tend to violate some basic principles of science, such as matter can neither be created or destroyed, energy cannot be created or destroyed, and so forth...but you see, these so called LAWS are not actually provable because the processes of construction and destruction of what IS (namely, space and matter and energy) are not understood.
No one here really understands how energy was created to begin with from nothing. And no one here understands how the energy that exists could be deconstructed into nothingness. In the absence of understanding how either of these principles of Creation works, we are left with the ASSUMPTION that space, matter and energy can neither be created or destroyed...it would so appear that this is true, in absence of understanding HOW God uses the Process of Creation to assemble or disassemble energy and space. We also know that this universe is expanding. Everything that astrophysicists and cosmologists observe tell us that the universe is expanding - yet what are we expanding INTO?
What is on the OTHER SIDE of the limit of the space we call ';the universe?'; What is out there we are expanding INTO? No one seems to be able to answer that question of what is it.
You see, we make broad, general assumptions and generally, mathematicians like Einstein build their theories based on perfect states (such as a perfect vacuum, for example). But nothing in this world is ';perfect.'; Everything is in a state of change or flux. The perfect abstract scenarios on which theoretical mathematicians build so called science LAWS are based upon concepts which do not exist in true reality. Mathematicians like to relegate what is imperfect to their theory as ';black box.'; They ignore the obvious in order to move across the objections to an objective answer which lies more in theoretics, than in reality. Let's just say that theoretical mathematicians can construct logic which closely approximates what is observed in reality but when the mathematical conditions and models are heavily scrutinized, we find that the confines in which their solutions are found are often very narrowly defined and ignore great bodies of evidence to the contrary. So what I am telling you is that yes, it is possible to deconstruct reality - it is also possible to deconstruct energy and matter and space! We just don't have the PROCESS down to know how that is achieved. Apparently, God has that answer tucked away in HER back pocket for now.Existance has the propencity not to exist and non-existence has the propencity to exist. True, False, Why?
Given the existence of Eternity, and the notion that Reality-thru-Time is a set of all position occurrences happening at least once, then it is necessarily true that ';Everything that is possible has therefore already occurred.';
If you consider death as a change from existence to non-existence (which is not entirely accurate), or conflagration of materials (such as wood, paper, fuel, etc), then change is the governing force of Reality. However, according to the laws of Conservation of Matter, such events do not constitute a change fron Existence to Non-existence.
Frustratingly, I must fall back on my excuse of Quantum Mechanics again. The knowledge that all matter is composed of energy and exhibits wave-like characteristics when not being observed is tantamount to the non-existence of existent objects. Feynman once said, ';When nobody is looking at it, the moon itself is actually not there!';
non-existence, by definition cannot exist. existence cannot not exist. existence exists. period.

Sure, my dear are ALL ';matters';, things, etc....----cyclical-----starting from the ';cyclic changes'; of the moon phases, theseasonse, the cycles of a ';woman's body';(during the reproductive years';...and on...and on...the whole life is nothing but ';cycles'; we go through...from birth---to---death...a constant cycle....
And: TRUE...the only thing which is ';constant'; in the universe is change/transition.....no question about it....and since we're on the ';subject of the universe';....spontaneously something comes to my mind, which may be ';applicable'; to the issue (or not)..but it's one of my favorite ';Laws';, which is called:

Any incident is finite and will eventually go out of existence,
Non-existence preceding an incident is finite and has the propensity to exist.
Non-existence following an incident is infinite and will never occur again.
We always question the meaning of life. Thus, our existence is always challenged with questions that have no answers. All I know is, life without mystery is not life. We either exist or not exist. I don't see a difference.
It is same as:
Null set is a subset of every set.
No set can exist without null set.
No set without null set cannot be identified.
Why?
