It's possible... some have such strong mother urges, they will actually lactate after the heat cycle.

3 month old kittens do NOT have false pregnancies, nor do they go into heat at that age. if this baby has lumps the vet is the best advice.
A 3 month old (only 12 weeks!) kitten should not have gone into heat yet, nor should it be having a false pregnancy. If it's stomach is getting larger or hard, it could be worms or other issues.
If you found her, she might be older than 3 months, and just be small, in which case these things would make a little more sense.
