Does this make a difference for boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true/false on The Sims 2?

I heard that using the true turns it on and using the false turns it off. I heard that if you don't use the false before you quit that is messes up your game. Is that true? Does capitalization and lower case matter when you spell it out? Do you have to have the right spaces in the right place to make it work? I haven't used this cheat before so I'm just wondering. 1. capitalization doesn't matter


2. it doesn't matter if your leave it on true - it won't affect the game


3. spaces do matter and you have them in the right places anyway
